The Finance Committee is responsible for all the financial
affairs of Langley Hill Friends Meeting. It reviews monthly financial reports from the bookkeeper and considers other financial issues. Annually it creates a budget for the
meeting in collaboration with the various Meeting committees. The Meeting has a bookkeeper who pays bills and budgeted expences, records transactions in Quickbooks, monitors the bank accounts and prepares monthly financial reports; and a donations manager, who collects contributions and other revenue, records them in Breeze (our church management software) and makes bank deposits.
